The Hypno-Watch is a key item obtained from Arthur after picking it up for him in the Arthur's Experiment questline.
In its base unenchanted form, using it on a character has no effect. Enchanting it with one of its unique effects allows it to be used to change a character's sexual orientation (to gynephilic, ambiphilic or androphilic) or to add or remove certain speech traits (lisp, stutter, or slovenly). When used on a character to change their orientation, it additionally adds 5 Corruption.
