The Hypno-Watch is a key item obtained from [[Arthur]] after picking it up for him in the [[Arthur's Experiment]] questline.

In its base unenchanted form, using it on a character has no effect. Enchanting it with one of its unique effects allows it to be used to change a character's [[Sexuality|sexual orientation]] (to gynephilic, ambiphilic or androphilic) or to add or remove certain speech [[traits]] (lisp, stutter, or slovenly). When used on a character to change their orientation, it additionally adds 5 [[Corruption]].
